1. Nature of the Service
AstroDaily provides astrological charts, readings, compatibility reports, and AI-powered astrological guidance. The app is intended for entertainment and spiritual guidance purposes only.
AstroDaily is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to:
- Medical or health advice
- Financial or investment advice
- Legal advice
- Psychological or mental health counseling
You should not make important life decisions based solely on information provided by this app. Always consult qualified professionals for matters that affect your health, finances, or legal standing.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use AstroDaily. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to provide accurate and complete birth details, as the accuracy of your charts and readings depends on the information you supply. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
AstroDaily offers both free and paid (Pro) features. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store.
- Subscription prices are displayed in the app before purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings
- In-app purchases are non-refundable, in accordance with Apple's App Store policies. Refund requests must be directed to Apple
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you will be notified in advance.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app
- Abuse, harass, or send harmful content through the chat feature
- Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the app
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content generated by the app
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding within AstroDaily are the intellectual property of Mohit Sharma. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without prior written consent.
Astrological readings and chart interpretations generated by the app are for your personal use only.
7. AI-Generated Content
Stella, the AI astrologer, generates responses using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, AI-generated content may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated astrological interpretation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroDaily and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
